To qualify for the bonus points, your dish must be homemade and authentic to one of the 21 Spanish-speaking countries. 

Please provide: 

• The country
• the recipe and how you got the recipe
• a brief explanation of the food and if there are any specific times it is eaten (is it a special holiday food)
• Photographic evidence of your ingredients and making (or helping mom/dad) preparing the dish (not the finished dish)
